NEW in 2023! New luxury vinyl tile flooring, fresh paint, and light fixtures throughout.  Coral Beach House is an oceanside duplex that provides you quick access to the beach without crossing a major street. With three stories your family will have plenty of room to relax and unwind. The first floor has three bedrooms, one with Queen bed and a double rollaway bed, a second bedroom with two singles and the third bedroom has Queen and a single.  There is a shared full-hall bath on this level. The bright and airy second-floor living room features a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, a wine refrigerator, tile flooring and plenty of space. The dining room table has seating for 8 people and 2 people in the kitchen at a bistro round table. The living room leads to an outside deck to enjoy your morning coffee or a cool drink in the evening there is also a ceiling fan and furniture. The master bedroom is on the third floor and has a King-sized bed, TV, and full bath. This is a wonderful beach home for your family to spend time together.

**Property does not include soaps, paper products. Rentals 30 days or more do not include linens**

BR1: King, on the 3rd floor, BR2: Queen with a rollaway bed on the 1st floor, BR3: A Queen and a single on the1st floor, BR4: 2 singles on the 1st floor.

Nice, quiet, spacious tri-level vacation townhouse

A really nice homey place with a lot of pluses but in need of some small maintenance items to be addressed. Spacious kitchen, dining and family rooms and bedrooms are good sized. Felt that the tubs needed upgrading though. Surprisingly quiet though right off Atlantic and on the east side so you're very near the beach boardwalk without having to cross big roads!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Coral Beach House. The layout was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all three generations to be together, as well as room for privacy when desired. It would have been nice to have a tv in one of the downstairs rooms, so the kids could watch their movies at bedtime, but we all watched together in the Great room, which worked out just fine!. The outdoor decks were delightful, although the plastic chairs we used for the top deck need to be replaced. The decor was nice and comfortable, The kitchen was well equipped, and there was a closet full of board games, which was a nice surprise. No need to bring beach chairs, cart, buckets, umbrella or boogie boards as there were plenty provided. We could not have asked for a better house for our week at the beach, and look forward to visiting the Coral Beach House again!

The house was amazing. Dislikes the whole rental linen thing. But I get it COVID sucks… the TVs were hit or miss. You have been very helpful with items I left behind… mom brain… thank you again!!
